MNPPA Officers and Committees
Because MNPPA's members and board are spread out all over the state, there is a good chance that there is someone close to you that you can contact for assistance. To find contact information for the MNPPA Board view the "Officers and Council" page.
Description of the MNPPA Board and Council:
The Officers of the Association are the President, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer. Each is elected at the annual meeting by a majority vote of the active members present. The elected officer holds the office for one year or until a successor is elected.
The Council consists of six active members. MNPPA is composed of six Districts; each District is represented by one active member. The council is elected by the active members from the districts which they represent. In addition to the District Representatives, the Board elects two Exhibitor Representatives to serve with them as Council members.
The Board of Directors consists of the Officers and the Council. The Board of Directors shall be responsible for the supervision and well being of all the interests of the Association.
