COPYRIGHT INFORMATION FOR RETAIL PHOTO PROCESSORS
With high school graduations approaching, some of our clients may attempt to copy our work for use with grad announcements, wallets, etc. The MNPPA recommends that you be proactive and personally visit your local photo processing sites (Walgreens, Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, etc) and provide them with a copy of this letter. Feel free to add your signature and contact information below Gene's.
This is NOT intended as a strongly-worded threat, but rather as a friendly reminder that it is indeed unlawful to copy professional images.
Should you choose to release copyrights for your work, please do so in writing on your studio letterhead.
